-T-walls do not require a footer which saves on costly excavation, steel, concrete, and labor.

-Mobility, seldom is it easy to move concrete walls unless you work with Tier One Precast.

-Nearly twice the square footage can be fit on a truck when comparing our 5' units directly with building blocks.

-Weather is seldom a factor when comparing precast to pour in place.

-Inventory is very advantageous in a market filled with lead times and upcharges. Don't get caught waiting until next year.

Each unit has a tongue and groove which creates a positive connection at each joint in the system. For projects that will have a poured concrete floor we encourage customers to dowel into the toe of the wall and connect the units to the slab. For those projects where a concrete floor is not feasible or desired, we encourage customers to backfill a 4' berm around the perimeter of the bunker.

Tier One Precast works with multiple third party haulers to get the best rates for the customer. We also own the necessary equipment to install 8' and 12' units. Customers are welcome to manage their own shipping and installation as well. Customers are encouraged to receive and handle the 5' tall units as these are light enough to be handled using a telehandler, backhoe, or large skid steer.

Tier One Precast does not sell or install the hoop buildings. We work closely with several reputable companies who are familiar with our product line and we will happily make some suggestions on who to talk to.

Yes! One of the best advantages of a precast wall system is that it stays in place when it needs to and  it can be moved when needs change. As heard sizes fluctuate through the years, or storage needs change at the landscape shop, walls can be repositioned, added, or sold to meet the new current needs.
